Returns Policy

We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product however if your not completely satisfied or product does not meet our high standards please contact us within 14 days and we will issue a complete refund upon receiving the product back at our facility with our prepaid postage slip. The product cannot be damaged or broken, and should reflect the new condition it was received in.  If you wish to return your product please email hayleighsframes@gmail.com for instructions and issuing a prepaid postage slip.

Shipping

 

All our products come with free postage and last year we had a 99% success rate on all our postage! This means we know how to package your gift and you are safe in the knowledge that it will arrive quickly and safely.

 

However, you may be one of the unlucky 1% to receive a damaged product due to poor handling by the courier, if this is you, then please do email us at hayleighsframes@gmail.com and we can arrange a replacement product.

 

All our products are sent Royal Mail First Class and you should expect them within 3 to 5 days after you have ordered.
