We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product however if your not completely satisfied or product does not meet our high standards please contact us within 30 days and we will issue a complete refund upon receiving the product back at our facility with our prepaid postage slip. The product cannot should reflect the condition it was received in. If you wish to return your product please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and issuing a prepaid postage slip.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind about the item(s) you’ve ordered from us don’t worry you have 30 days from when you receive them to return them back to us.
The returned product must be unused and in their original condition and must include all the contents (including instructions and packaging).
We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us and ask that you please obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. We may ask for this receipt at anytime during the returns process.
All our products come with free postage and last year we had a 99% success rate on all our postage! This means we know how to package your gift and you are safe in the knowledge that it will arrive quickly and safely.
However, you may be one of the unlucky 1% to receive a damaged product due to poor handling by the courier, if this is you, then please do email us at email@example.com and we can arrange a replacement product.
All our products are sent Royal Mail First Class and you should expect them within 3 to 5 days after you have ordered.
