The product cannot be damaged or broken, and should reflect the new condition it was received in. If you wish to return your product, please email email@example.com for instructions.
Last year we had a 99% success rate on all our postage! This means we know how to package your gift and you are safe in the knowledge that it will arrive quickly and safely.

All our frames are sent Royal Mail First Class and you should expect them within 3 to 5 days after you have ordered.
